I have a job, but i want a side hustle that is not too much work

What are good side hustle ideas that do not make me a slave of my own business?

I know that if I want to grow a successful business I need to focus and dedicate time to my business BUT i am a recent graduate with a masters in accountancy. I am 20 years old and I am still learning a lot.

I opened a year ago an LLC in which I build single family residential houses and get about a 25k net profit on a $160k investment without dedicating much time to it. What are good side hustle ideas that do not make me a slave of my own business?

I do work full time as an accountant 40 hours a week so I really need a business that I do not need to spend a lot of time every single day. I am willing to spend a lot of time planning everything and running it the first 6 months or 1 year but after a year maybe spend 30 mins a day on it.

Best Answer

I am a professor. I always admire the house builder in my town. It is a good job. There is unlimited knowledge and unlimited skeletons buried anywhere. I recommend you keep building. If I were you, I would just try to build better hourses for more profit.

Other points

Why not just continued building houses if that’s where you got money. It’s slow growth but after ten years you get to really good amounts. If you feel like it’s taking too much work, you can always hire people with the profits you make from the houses.
