If you just want to help but not talking business then it is not a startup
Many entrepreneurs want to help others but they don't know that in order to help others you just have a business and your business just get paid. Just wanting to help won't get you paid, or be able to turn profit and keep things afloat. You must provide value and magic during this "providing help" act. If you don't have sales, you can not help people for long. Getting investment and getting company does not automatically bring in business or the business of helping. In startup, profiting and provide value is the same thing.
